Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aigirl App ("Service", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials.
3. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.
4. Prohibited content. Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes third-party rights.
5. AI personalities. All chat companions on Aigirl App are AI-generated characters; they are not real people.
6. No professional advice. Conversations are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
7. Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed in advance.
8. Free trials. If we offer a free trial, you may be charged the regular subscription fee at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
9. Cancellation. You may cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
10. Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
11. Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice.
12. Taxes. Where applicable, prices include or exclude taxes as indicated.
13. Promotions. Promotional offers may be limited in time and quantity and may carry additional terms.
14. License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal use.
15. Intellectual property. All trademarks, logos, designs and software are owned by Aigirl App or its licensors.
16. User content. You retain ownership of messages you submit and grant us a limited licence to operate the Service with them.
17. Feedback. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
18. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
19. Account deletion. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
20. Service availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
21. Changes to the Service. We may modify, add or remove features at our discretion.
22. Beta features. Beta features are provided "as is" and may change or be removed.
23. Third-party services. The Service may integrate with third-party tools subject to their own terms.
24. Security. Do not attempt to probe, scan, hack or disrupt the Service.
25. Automated access. No scraping, crawling or use of bots without written permission.
26. API and integrations. Where APIs are offered, separate API terms apply.
27. Communications. By creating an account you agree to receive service emails.
28. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
29. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the fees paid in the prior 12 months or USD 100.
30. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service.
31. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
32. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Aigirl App's operating entity.
33. Dispute resolution. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted, otherwise by competent courts.
34. Class action waiver. Where allowed by law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class.
35. Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
36. Changes to the Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified.
